Are your walking your talk? workshop for women leaders: 15 March at 18:30 Nyon Switzerland

Dynamic Feminine Leadership: Walking Your Talk”

Our femininity is a great asset and source of power, but we often deny our natural abilities when taking on a power role. Women in management positions tend to fall into a 'functional' work identity, denying feminine values such as receptivity, compassion, win-win approaches to negotiation, empathy, intuition, authenticity, integrity, sensuality, caring and sharing.  We may lose sight of what is important to us personally and struggle at work. We need to see how hitting a wall can provide an opportunity to rediscover our vision, and a more dynamic, feminine energy. In finding our own way of being a leader, we can flourish in mid-career and beyond.

I will share with you some of the  authentic, feminine ways of we can work with power roles. In this complex world simple solutions by leaders who care, share and create positive results are the way forward. Uplifting group work leads to a fascinating catwalk at the end, to share how you'll 'walk your talk' into your future leadership!

Together with other experienced coaches, I design Dynamic Feminine Leadership weekends for women in senior leadership roles. Please contact me if you wish to know more: coach(at)trustyourpotential.com.
